Where is the studio?
The studio is in Downtown San Francisco. Location, access details and arrival instructions are shared when planning your session.
Can we book one session or a series?
Both are possible. We agree the setting, session length, participants and editing requirements. Recurring sessions can follow a shared production plan.
Is editing included?
Recording and editing are specified in the proposal. Tell us whether you need recording files, a finished episode, shorter clips or a combination.
How much does a session cost?
Studio recording is $250 per hour with a two-hour minimum ($500). The Downtown San Francisco session includes three cameras, one operator, lighting, audio and recording files. Booked time includes preparation and recording. Recording only: we deliver the recording files to you. Editing, color grading, audio post-production and social clips are not included and are quoted separately.
Does a date request reserve the studio?
No. A request lets us check availability and agree your scope. A reservation is confirmed after the booking terms are agreed.

Monthly Podcast Production
From $2,400per month
- Four episodes, up to 30 minutes each
- One four-hour studio recording block per month
- Episode editing and three clips up to 60 seconds per episode
- One revision round per episode; extra recording days quoted separately
Starting prices are planning guides, not an accepted booking. Travel, parking, accommodation, venue charges, permits and applicable taxes are additional when relevant. Photo counts depend on the event and usable material; no guarantee applies to moments that do not occur. Editing assumes one production brief and consolidated feedback. Full delivery dates, overtime rates, usage rights and any add-ons are written into your proposal. Camera RAW photographs, editable project files and additional full-session edits are not included unless listed. Studio recording files are included where stated.
