What does the venue need to provide?
We review floor space, noise, power, load-in access and the event schedule. A livestream requires a tested connection and an agreed backup plan. Exact requirements depend on the production.
Can you stream the stage and record interviews at the same time?
Yes, with separate crew and equipment where necessary. Studio recording, studio streaming and stage broadcasting are distinct production scopes, specified in the proposal.
Can you bring the studio to another state?
Yes. We plan on-site productions across the US. Travel, freight or equipment transport, setup time and accommodation are included in the estimate for your event.
What determines the price?
Studio setup, operating days, crew, branding, the interview schedule, livestream requirements, travel and editing. Send your venue, dates, expected guest count and preferred outputs.

Starting prices are planning guides, not an accepted booking. Travel, parking, accommodation, venue charges, permits and applicable taxes are additional when relevant. Photo counts depend on the event and usable material; no guarantee applies to moments that do not occur. Editing assumes one production brief and consolidated feedback. Full delivery dates, overtime rates, usage rights and any add-ons are written into your proposal. Camera RAW photographs, editable project files and additional full-session edits are not included unless listed. Studio recording files are included where stated.
